  CALCAP Financial has one simple purpose - to provide liquidity to an illiquid marketplace. The principals and founders are using over 100 years of combined experience in the mortgage finance industry to offer residential mortgage financing to well qualified borrowers with substantial equity in the property.

CalCap Financial works on 3 basic premises:

  • Provide first lien mortgage loans to borrowers with acceptable credit history and the capacity to service debt
  • Ensure the underlying mortgage collateral has substantial equity and accurate value
  • Offer a fair and equitable rate of return to our investment partners
